Who is this for?
This program is for any woman feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, or struggling with hormonal imbalances. It’s perfect for those looking to reconnect with their natural rhythms and gain a deeper understanding of their body’s needs, no matter where you are on your hormonal journey.

What if I miss a Zoom session?
No problem! All sessions are recorded and available to watch at your convenience. You can still benefit from the teachings and practices, even if you can’t attend live.

What kind of support do I get?
You’ll receive weekly live Zoom sessions, a private Facebook group for ongoing support, journaling exercises, delicious recipes, and tools for emotional and physical nourishment. You’ll have plenty of support, and I’ll be there to guide you throughout your journey.

What if I want more support?
If you want personalised support, you can book one-on-one consultations for tailored advice and deeper guidance specific to your needs. 

Will there be meal plans and recipes? 

Yes, I am a foodie! So over the 28 days you will have access to delish recipes, meal plans and food suggestions.

Is there a fast and do I have to do it?

There is an option for supported fast over the program, we do not start with this, so I get an idea of who is keen and not. ​

I encourage you to feel into what feels right for you. This fasting is optional.
