Qigong is a 4,000-year-old healing practice from China, designed to gently cultivate and balance life force energy, or qi, through flowing movements and breath. It harmonises your feminine energy with the natural rhythms of life, bringing your mind, body, and spirit into a state of flow.

For women, Qigong is a beautiful way to reconnect with your body’s cyclical nature. As you move, breathe, and release tension, Qigong helps you flow with your energy, rather than pushing against it. Whether you’re navigating hormonal shifts or seeking a daily practice to support your vitality, Qigong is here to ground, nourish, and replenish you.

Qigong is my anchor—it takes me out of overwhelm and helps keep me motivated. A morning practice sets me up to meet the day how I choose, rather than starting with a heightened nervous system from the get-go. Through my own practice and experience, I’ve come to realise how deeply stress is linked to our endocrine system. As we grow older, it becomes even more essential to find ways to navigate the stress in our lives. A regular Qigong practice has done this for me, and that’s why I’m so passionate about sharing it with my clients.

My Journey with Qigong

I first discovered Qigong over 25 years ago, during my naturopathic training. It wasn’t flashy or intense, but its quiet, flowing nature drew me in. The subtle beauty of Qigong left a deep impact on my mind and body—something I now weave into my own daily rhythm. After reconnecting with my teacher years later, I completed my Qigong teacher training and began sharing the practice with other women, bringing this feminine, flowing practice into my retreats and programmes.
